The UKRFA Annual General Meeting will take place in Holderness House, 51-61 Clifton Street, London EC2A 4EY at 14.00 on Saturday 06 December 2008.  All Members of the UKRFA, both Corporate and Individual, are requested to make every effort to attend. A hot buffet lunch will be served before the AGM from 13.00 in the upstairs Bar at Holderness House – please indicate in your email whether you require lunch. 

The draft Agenda for the AGM will shortly be published and Members are requested to forward any specific items that they wish to be considered for raising under AOB to the email address above. Minutes of the Previous Meeting are available on request from the Secretariat and spare copies will be provided for the meeting.

A presentation session to inform Members about the UKRFA/ CIOR events undertaken in 2008 and what we have to look forward to in 2009 will form the second part of the AGM. The meeting is scheduled to finish by about 16.30.
