It is with regret that we announce the passing of Colonel Geoffrey Dicker, CBE TD DL DCL

A former Chairman of UKRFA in the 1980's died on 20 April 2009 and there is to be a Thanksgiving Service in Norwich cathedral.  Colonel Geoffrey was late Royal Signals and had been Chairman of East of England TAVRA.
